Per Line to Direct Hire
Due to the possible tax legislation initiated by the American Obama Administration, ITO offers its clients a pro-active direct hire model for its seasoned team members. Under this program, clients are given the option to directly hire select members of their dedicated teams (MTs, QAs, Etc.) on an offshore basis or sponsor select members of the team for H1B visa.
